- Global Component / test FEM preparation and justification. Design and engineering
analysis of aircraft structural components and assemblies, metallic and CFRP.
- Assembly of High lift FEM Models (partial and global structures) for different simulations
(linear static, linear buckling, and non-linear buckling.) and assembly of partial FEM
models to global FEM models.
-Determination of load cases relevant to High Lift system, and preparation of aerodynamic
loads and subsequent integration into global FEM model. Execution of the FEM
simulations, including test FEM and preparation of results, with creation of,and up -dating
off data bases.

wing adjustment etc, and adaptation of High-Lift full scale test environment into FEM.
- Definition, implementation, analysis and justification of artificial damagesand repairs of
high lift structures.
- Analysis of design and sizing of support structures, flap support fairings and CFRP parts
of the fixed vane flap bodies, and determination of metal and CFRP sizing philosophies,
rules, and policies.
- Reviewing current stress and design approaches in terms of compliance to regulations. (JAR25/EASA/MCRIs/AIRBUS requirements)

Since 2005 ongoing work package on A380 ACNT FAF MAP Aircraft.
Five man team based in Toulouse.
Preparation of design query notes (DQN's) and non-conformities, insuring that structural
and design integrity is maintained, and that insurance of mechanical integration in
accordance with Airbus standards.

Provided 15 man team to undertake seating arrangement on A380 Aircraft, liaising with
Singapore Airlines, Quantas, Virgin Atlantic, Emirates Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Qatar
Airways and Thai Airways International.(2005- 2006) Work ongoing with reduced team.

Work package undertaken to evaluate A350 wing design concept.
Evaluation of optimum wing skin thickness accounting for strength, stability and
reinforcement effectivity around 'holed' regions, utilising 3 stressmen and 6 off designers.
Work performed at Airbus UK (Filton).

Work package on-going to evaluate optimum sizing of A350 centre fuselage, and checking
of integrity of analysis reports of sub-contractors.
